Where do you ship?

We deliver everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we deliver to some locations the day after ordering. We also deliver in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We have a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. Shipping times may take longer in December and June.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will locate your item for you.

Returns

Which items can be returned?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Notify us immediately if an item is delivered damaged. You will then receive the full purchase amount of the item back.

How much are the shipping costs for returns?

RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
